Marcin is a virtuoso both in litigation and in administrative and insolvency/restructuring proceedings. He is a partner and one of the “brains of the operation”. J

He navigates the complexities of law carefully but gracefully, developing effective litigation strategies and representing clients in proceedings before common and administrative courts and public administration bodies.

He also advises telecom and aviation clients.

Prior to setting up The Law Firm Bącal, Busiło sp. k, Marcin had worked for 10 years for a leading Polish law firm where he became a partner in 2018.

Marcin is a graduate of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
