We represent debtors, creditors and trustees in insolvency, restructuring and court proceedings.

We advise court supervisors and administrators as well as trustees in all matters of insolvency and debt enforcement against the bankrupt debtor:

• We analyse the financial situation, select the optimal course of action, negotiate with creditors and prepare bankruptcy petitions and debt-restructuring applications;
• We advise on selecting the legal form of claim security in the event of the debtor’s bankruptcy and take all steps necessary to create the security;
• On behalf of creditors, we submit claims and file appeals against decisions of insolvency bodies;
• We draft legal opinions on the various solutions and options available to participants of insolvency and restructuring proceedings;
• We prepare bankruptcy petitions and debt-restructuring applications on behalf of debtors and creditors;
• We develop debt-restructuring plans and
• We collaborate with trustees, administrators, court supervisors and restructuring advisors.
