Radek supports our law firm working in our Krakow office in the south of Poland.

He advises on the day-to-day operations of businesses, including those operating in the TMT, real estate, and BPO/SSC sectors. He also provides comprehensive advice on employment law matters.

Not only does he conduct administrative and court-and-administrative proceedings regarding construction projects, but he also represents clients in court disputes in broadly construed civil law, as well as individual and collective employment law. He advises on all stages of hiring and terminating contracts with employees.

Radek also advises on investment and development processes for real estate owned by telecommunications operators. He also handles insolvency and restructuring proceedings and, if that were not enough, he also advises on debt-enforcement proceedings.

Radek is a graduate of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and of Law at the University of Cologne, Germany.
