Jolanta mainly handles M&A deals as well as general corporate services for Polish and foreign clients.

As part of M&A she drafts due diligence reports and negotiates sale/purchase agreements for shares in companies or rights and obligations in partnerships, as well as for businesses or their organized parts. This includes documents for securing price payment, such as civil, registered or financial pledge agreements.

As part of her corporate services she is participates in setting up, liquidating, transforming, merging, demerging and restructuring companies registered in Poland and the Polish branch offices of foreign companies. She provides comprehensive corporate services for the management boards, supervisory boards and shareholders’ meetings. Jolanta also represents companies before the National Court Register and pledge register courts, as well as state authorities, filing mandatory reports with the Central Register of Beneficial Owners or obtaining clearances from the Minister of the Interior and Administration.
