Krzysztof is an artist in everything he does and he does quite a lot of things. He specialises in litigation and administrative proceedings, in insolvency/restructuring law, and he represents clients in court disputes and insolvency proceedings.

Krzysztof also advises insolvency trustees of real estate, TMT and medical companies.

Before joining our law firm, he was a partner in Chajec, Don-Siemion & Żyto Legal Advisors and prior to that, for a good ten years, he was a judge of the Commercial Division of the Poznań Province Court.
