Marcin is experienced in all aspects commercial law, with a particular fondness for corporate law and commercial law. He also uses his expertise to support telecommunications and IT companies in their day-to-day operations. He is eager to tackle corporate and regulatory issues, information management and commercial contracts.

But that’s not all: Marcin willingly and effectively handles M&A projects. He is a voice of reason advising on share acquisition transactions, mergers, splits and other types of corporate restructuring processes.

Marcin assists and participates in projects from project financing and bank loans to bond issuances. He prepares appropriate security interest documentation and oversees the execution of steps stipulated in loan agreements or bond issuance terms.

Marcin is also experienced in exercising the statutory rights – and meeting the obligations – of commercial companies and companies listed on regulated markets.

Marcin is a graduate of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.
