Monika is an outstanding specialist in litigation and insolvency/restructuring services for entrepreneurs, representing clients in civil and commercial cases before common courts.

Monika advises and supports clients in family law matters, particularly in divorce cases, property division, child custody and maintenance.

Her brilliance is backed by years of practice in providing legal services to insolvency trustees, court supervisors and administrators. She advises – and represents the interests of – both debtors and creditors alike at all stages of insolvency and restructuring proceedings. She is experienced in preparing complex insolvency petitions (including pre-pack arrangements) as well as debt restructuring applications.

She represents clients in proceedings related to the liability of management board members for debts of the entities they manage and in lawsuits for damages against insolvency trustees.

Monika is a graduate of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
