Tomek is our “western flank” – a pillar of our Poznań office.

Our Poznań star is an expert in the broad spectrum of investment processes. He has represented clients in proceedings leading to the construction of hospitals, stadiums, roads and gas pipelines, and later advised on the same construction projects. As is often required during this kind of projects, Tomasz has negotiated annexes, settlements, and when parties can’t reach an agreement – he represents clients in court.

Tomasz does not live by construction projects alone. He also prepares and conducts procurement processes for public and private entities, focusing on projects financed with public funds, including those from the European Union.

Tomasz furthermore supports entrepreneurs in their day-to-day operations, advising them on complex daily operations, with particular emphasis on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Tomek is a graduate of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
